It is clear that my main theme (now) is boundaries. In eating, but also in doing, sharing and what i absorb of others.
We also discussed things i do well, like making a big step in accepting i have an eating disorder, but also asking for help (while having faith i can do it on my own in the future), having attention for eating and moving. And she concluded my motivation to change is high.
And how i can grant myself time for repetition. Cognitive it may be boring, but i sometimes need the time emotionally.
